Election description

Please keep in mind that a logo needs to be clear and not too detailed. It should be as simple as possible (but not simpler). There is no need that the name GnuPG is part of the logo as a logo represents something and should not explain it. It is of course no problem if the name is in it or even be an important part of it.

A logo is a logo and not a detailed artwork
The design should convey the message of freedom and privacy.
The logo shall be available in a free format (bitmap or vector) and eventually made available in source form, modifiable using Free Software (svg, xcf, fig, etc.).

As we can't know whether the latter will be true for the winning design, we just assume that for now and sort it out later. Same goes for copyright assignment of the logo and such. In case the winner can't fulfil the requirements, I will ask you again for a vote.

Note, that the submissions should all be considered drafts. What we want to select is the basic design; colors and texts are still subject to change. You may click on each name to see the logos or go to the overview. Rate the logos you like and enter "no opinion" for the others.
